The Weaning GP (inbunden, eng)

'An excellent guide which has the experience of a mother and a doctor running right through it, making it both practical and authoritative.' – Professor Adam Fox OBE

Advice you can trust for weaning your baby

If there is one thing I have learnt since starting my weaning platform on Instagram and through my work as a GP, it is just how many parents are desperately seeking a trusted resource to guide their baby’s transition from milk to solids.

My book aims to be that resource - a comprehensive, reliable, evidence-based weaning guide by a doctor for all parents and carers to feel supported and informed.

With over 70 delicious, healthy recipes that will introduce a variety of flavours and textures, as well as the latest scientific evidence on weaning and children’s health topics including allergies, choking, constipation, faltering growth, iron deficiency and rashes, let this be your companion and expert guide on this exciting (and challenging!) journey ahead.
